Mr. Mores has over 34 years of combined professional experience including; hotel management; insurance, venture capital, IPO, asset management; corporate development; sales and marketing; management; and real estate development. Mr. Mores started his working career in management with the Marriott Corporation after graduating with a Business Management Degree from Western Illinois University in 1977, where in college he also was pursuing inspirations to play professional  baseball. Following managing a Marriott 750 room Chicago hotel, and a short term with Metropolitan Life, Mr. Mores made a career path change over the next 15 years into the medical field with fortune 500 companies, Genentech, and Baxter Travenol,  and then joined OccuLogix, a start up medical company researching macular degeneration and vascular diseases.  As Vice President and Director of Business Development  based in Tampa Bay Florida Mr. Mores gained experience in the venture capital and IPO arena.  The company later transition into the public market (IPO) in 2002, at which time Mr. Mores moved to Asheville North Carolina and formed a sole proprietor real estate development company.  In 2005 a commercial brokerage company was added to the core business. The companies main focus today is in the hospitality market and CRE.  The company works with National and International Hospitality Groups, consulting on acquiring properties, and repositioning hotel assets.
