The company goals include helping investors in re-positioning real estate assets; qualifying and placing of properties for Real Estate Investment Trust clients (REIT); and placement in the 1031 exchange market.

Mr. Mores has over 30 years of combined professional experience including; hotel management, venture capital, corporate development; sales marketing, management; and real estate development. Mr. Mores started his working career with the Marriott Corporation after graduating with a Business Management Degree from Western Illinois University in 1977. Mr. Mores first career position  was as a front office manager of a 750 room hotel based in Chicago Illinois, followed by a 15 year career in the medical field for fortune 500 companies like Genentech in San Francisco, and Baxter Travenol in Chicago,  with a move into a Vice President and Director of Business Development position for a new start up company in Tampa Florida.  The company entered the public market (IPO) in 2002. Mr. Mores moved to Asheville North Carolina in 2002 and formed a sole proprietor real estate company working on real estate investments and land development projects with a main focus on commercial hospitality investment brokerage.  The company works with the National and International Hospitality Groups, assisting them in acquiring properties and well positioned hotels, along with the regulatory process in international markets.
