MMM first development project in 2001 to 2003. Working with Land Design of Asheville, this project was a 938 acre, 1742 Historic Plantation, White Oak Plantation, Tryon North Carolina. This was a development plan under a 501C Land Conservation; 15 equestrian farms with over 10 miles of adventurous riding trails. Jim Cockman, an important entrepreneur of Greenville SC and past CEO that brought Sara Lee to Greenville, became a partner and close friend in this venture, but past away before the vision could be completed.
